What is Cafe con los Compas?
Café con los Compas is a monthly space where Latino men come together over coffee to build community, grow as leaders, and have real conversations that matter. It’s more than networking—it’s a brotherhood rooted in purpose, accountability, and showing up for one another. If you’re looking to connect, reflect, and grow alongside other driven Latinos in Dallas, this is where you belong.
The Details
We meet once a month at Xaman Cafe’s Ayahuasca Cantina at 7:30 am every second Thursday of the Month (excluding July). Our gatherings consist of small group conversations on topics like leadership, self-development, identity, purpose, and challenges Latino men face. The tone of our conversations is intentional, reflective and authentic, not just casual networking.
